I'm a huge fan of her other books and haven't started this series yet. How does it compare to her Dark Hunter books?

I'm curious too.  I have all 3 books in my TBR pile but I haven't gotten around to reading them yet.

i haven't read the series yet, but i did read a followup short story in an anthology the other day.  (Man of My Dreams)  it looks like it's more of a sci-fi romance, though some mental abilities might be involved too.  the first in the series is probably the book i'm starting next.

I have so many in my TBR but I just love her and may not be able to resist unless someone says they suck. (pun intended if they are vampires)

i did read the first in the series, Born of Night, yesterday and it was good.  it's all sci-fi type romance.  he's a half-human, half-Andorian assassin, she's a human princess he rescues & is hired to protect.  lots of different planets & a few species.

I read all three and I loved them. The second one Born of Fire was my fave of the three. They are spacey type romances , and though I normally don't like spacey type books , I really liked theese . I think thats because I didn't feel like she was trying to beat the reader over the head with all the this is set in space stuff, because thats the kind of thing that usually puts me off when reading scifi.
