Thought we could all meet in one of the chat rooms and get to know each other.  How about Friday evening at 8 pm?  If this doesn't work for you, suggest a time that would be good for your schedule.  Anyone want to do this?

That's a cool idea Carole. I usually have issues with the chat app on my computer but if I can get it to load I'm game for a live discussion. If it works out well it could end up being a monthly thing.

Oh, well, I waited 20 minutes.  Maybe you aren't the only one having trouble.  Barb is online and I pm'd her, but no show.  I guess the time wasn't a good one.  If anyone wants to try again over the weekend, let us know what time is good for you.  I can be there just about anytime this weekend.

I'm always connected, I have one thing that runs 24/7 and cable internet so I'm technically always online. I may not actually be here though. :)

Hope a few people were able to chat today. My DH let me go Easter shopping at that time and I couldn't pass it up. (I didn't want to be shopping for Easter at WalMart at midnight tonight!!! Ugh!)

It didn't register with me when I set the time for Friday that it was Good Friday and this is Easter weekend.  Duh, (smacks head)! 

Chris and I had a great chat, getting to know each other a little.  So, I think we should try again.  I propose next Friday night, maybe a little later would help.  So how is Friday (yikes the 13th!) at 9 Eastern, 8 Central, 7Mountain and 6 Pacific?  Lounge A

I was making hot cross buns for the first time. I'm a baking fool when it comes to cakes and cookies but I don't have much experience with yeast so it took me awhile. They're out of the oven and look good, we'll have to wait to see if they taste like anything. I got kinda wrapped up in that and forgot. I swear I have the memory of a goldfish. 

I'm up for any time really.

It was fun chatting with Carole and hopefully we'll be able to get a larger group together the next time.

I am just seeing this now.   It would have been fun, but as noted it was a sort of holiday.   I had both my kids home from college, and I miss them like crazy so when they are home I just take any spare minutes they are willing to hang out with me.  hahah.

Generally speaking I am available most nights, though come to think of it I am busy next week taking 55 Alive which is a class for old people.   I'll get a disccount on my car insurance!

So is anyone up for a Friday night chat?
