I got a $5 off coupon via email mid December & used it that same day on my first ever harlequin.com order. As of today that order (only 1 book) still says pending. I've contacted customer service twice to ask when it would ship & haven't received a response to either email. I'm to the point now of just wanting a refund. Is this typical of harlequin.com? I first let it go a couple weeks because of the holidays & then thought maybe they just got backed up on orders with the coupons & all, but not responding at all is very poor customer service. |

I haven't ordered from harlequin in a long time and the last few times were ebooks. sorry you're having problems. The first time I ordered print books and it seems like the order took a while. |

I've gotten a few ebooks from them, never paper books. Back before Christmas, they were offering free ebooks but you had to input a valid CC to get them. I didn't like that so I didn't get any of their freebies. |

After 2 unanswered emails & 3 phone calls it supposedly finally shipped today! They claim my order was overlooked TWICE! First overlooked after the order was first place on 12/13 & then the second time was after I called & was told it would ship via priority mail within 24 hours & after 3 days it still had not shipped!! Unbelievable! Can't say I'll be ordering physical books from them again anytime soon. |

That sucks that their customer service is so horrible. At this point, they should be refunding you and still sending you your order since they've messed it up twice now. |
