Have any of you tried the drinking Apple cider vinegar to burn more calories?I've heard that it works and I've been thinking about trying it along with the diet an exercise routines I've been doing, but I just wanted to know if anyone has tried it or not.

I will mention that I have been drinking an apple-cider based tonic for going on a decade, and I can say with certainty it has done NOTHING regarding easing or aidiing weight loss.  I believe it has many health benefits, though.  Just not weight loss in my case.

Thank you for giving some feedback.Really think I should just stick to my diet an exercise without the vinegar.I've lost 15 lbs. so far doing that.So that alone should be fine.

I used to take ACV for my knees & it was amazing at stopping knee pain, but the taste (even diluted with water) was so vile that I stopped taking it. No effect on weight though.
