I have Dance of the Winnebagos / Ann Charles on my Kindle, Devil's Trill / Gerald Elias and Books, Cooks and Crooks / Lucy Arlington, bedtime book.

At the moment the one that keeps calling is Dance of the Winnebagos.  I've read her Deadwood series and this is the first of the Jackrabbit Junction books.  Devil's Trill is my disabled person challenge book.  A blind violinist accused of theft must prove he didn't do it.  The description has him going to Jaan to prove his innocence.  Books. Cooks and Crooks is the third in the Novel Idea series.  I couldn't resist, simply had to check for recipes in the back.  Wow, the story involves master chefs who have written cookbooks and nary a recipe is in the back of the book!!!  A novel idea (bad pun) these days.

Okay we have two "April" threads --- technically this one by Geri was begun minutes prior to the one by Mary P.  Someone needs to decide which one we shall all follow.

Mary P and I both started a thread.  April & Spring Has Sprung - What are we reading? is Mary's and I'd remove this if I could.
