Wow! This was my first Peter David book. It was marvelous. I couldn't get enough. I don't care for Trek, yet I rushed to read one of his other books (_Q Squared_) and sat in the library parking lot reading the whole book - instead of driving the two miles home and reading it there.

I should point out that he operates best in other universes than his own; _Armies_ was such an excellent read that I immediately sat down and read it again. Londo and Vir are two of my favorite characters, and I didn't want to stop being in their heads...

I want this entire trilogy. :D

This is an excellent book. It makes more sense after you have read the first book. The first book picks up right after the television series ends. I highly recommend all three books in the series be read, especially for Babylon 5 fans who are curious what happens once the storyline closes on the TV program. I have the first book also on my shelf...While it remains there that is!
