This book reminds me of a time-share meeting I unfortunately got talk into many years back. The saleman knew how to tighten the screws and apply the pressure. I think he must have read this book. This gives the nuts and bolts, the absolute "how-to", or tricks of the trade to manipulate the buyer into saying yes. Trying to read your way through this book is not for the faint of heart though. I guess if you are in sales this book should be your bible.
