This is a wonderful book for anyone who is creative or wants to be creative but is afraid of the scrutiny of others or the self-judgment that is part of the creative process. I return to it again and again when I need to be encouraged and have my spirits raised.

Good reference for correlating the symbolistic presence between fear and art.

Recommended to me by an art teacher. Gives a great overview of the feat that you experience when trying to make art.

I read this little book in a matter of hours and cried. Cried, seriously, because I felt like all the parts of being an artist that are so hard for other people to understand were addressed so eloquently here. It helped me immensely in getting "un-blocked" and was a great read.
