thank you very much. gosh no, I don't sand the pieces - they come out perfect and shiny out of the mold. for these I use East Cast and the bubbles are minimal. I use an embossing gun to get rid of bubbles. as you can see in the last photo in the blog, there is a large air bubble. when I embed large pieces like the sun sometimes the air gets trapped. because I have to work upside down in the mold I can't see the bubbles until it's too late. don't give up on resin, just use the right kind. feel free to email me if you have questions about that.
