Search - Ashes To Ashes (Blood Ties, Bk 3)

I don't think I can read anymore of this series. I loved the first book, thought it was fresh take on vampires stories...but each book become progressively worse. I don't think I'll ever read another book by this author.

I have not liked this series since book one... yet I keep reading it. And the sad thing is I will probably read the 4th book too.

My biggest problem with this series is the heroine. She is weak, whiny, annoying and can't figure out what she wants. With the first book, I thought it was because she was a new vampire and she needed time to adjust. But after the third book she hasn't changed and if anything she is worse. Nathan (her sire) should just stake her and set her in the sun.

Loved this book. Great story. Can't wait until the final book comes out.

This is #3 in authors Blood Ties series. Didnt find this one as good as her 2 previous ones. Kinda dijointed. Not much about the Oracle as u would think by the summary on book. Carrie, I feel is just the same self-feeling, unempathetic person. Like the other characters, thats why I am finishing up this series. All in all, gave a 3 star & do recommend this to anyone in this genre series. Not really that bad, but not as promising as her 2 others. Hope book #4 is better, and gives a good ending to this series.

I am a complete fan now of this series, can't wait for book 4!
