Asian Cabbage Salad

1 bag - cole slaw mix (in produce section)
1 package - shelled edamame (cooked)
1/2 cup - asian salad dressing
1 package - ramen noodles
1/4 cup - sliced almonds
Boil edamame. Drain and cool.
Break up ramen noodles and toast in toaster oven until lightly browned. (Watch carefully - they turn from brown to burned quickly.) Cool.
Toast almonds until lightly browned. (Again, watch carefully - they burn quickly.) Cool.
Put cole slaw mix into large bowl. Add edamame. Pour salad dressing over top. Toss. Garnish with toasted ramen and almonds.
**Optional: Add diced cooked chicken for added protein and flavor.
