I have read several other books in the Left Behind series and found them to be very entertaining. I was less impressed with this book. I had dificulty getting involved with the story and set the book aside several times before I finished it. It may have something to do with the fact that I was not up to speed on the Trib Force, the Global Community, New Babylon, and other key elements of the book before I gave it a read. Nevertheless, I found the prose choppy, the character and setting development lacking, and I had a hard time making it through the first several chapters. Things picked up a bit after that, but I can still only give this book a C+ and would not recommend it to a friend.
