August 1 - all day at water park and amusement park
August 3 - lifted weights
August - 6 - lifted weights
August 10 - 30 minute walk with Dog and Daughter
August 11 - 40 minute walk with Dog
August 14 - 50 minute walk with Dog
August 15 - 50 minute walk with Dog
August 16 - 60 minute walk with Dog
August 18 - 50 minute walk with Dog
August 20 - lifted weights...20 minute walk with Dog\
August 22 - 35 minute walk with Dog
August 28 - lifted weights
August 29 - 50 minute walk with Dog
August 30 - 30 minute walk with Dog

Aug 1 Monday nothing
Aug 2 Tuesday nothing
Aug 3 Wednesday nothing
Aug 4 Thursday nothing
Aug 5 Friday 2 mile power walk
Aug 6 Sat. 1 mile super walk with resistance
Aug 7 Sun. 1 mile power walk wanted to do 2, but it as humid!

Blame it on the heat!! I started lifting weights again due to the heat and my hubby said he likes how I look when I lift weights -- so I am back in!! I get bored so the change is good. Hang in there!!

Aug 11: 6.7 Mile run, extreme hills.
Aug 12: 20 min ab work only. Muscles still exhausted
Aug 13: 30 min swimming. about 15 minutes of hiking (went camping for the day).
Aug 14: Canoe for about 10 minutes, lots of loading and unloading of camping gear.
Aug 15: Nothing but cleaning and working today, sadly.
