Curious as to if any PBS peeps are thinking about going to this?  Being able to meet Michele Bardsley and Cynthia Eden are definitely great motivators, but it's a 2 day drive for me.  I'm trying to convince a friend to go so we'll see if that works.  I've decided to treat myself to one trip for fun this summer and it's either this or my 20 year HS reunion.  I'm sure this will be considerably more fun as I never had much in commmon with the people at my HS.

Crap!  Just found out there's alreay a wait list as it's limited to 400 attendees.  Oh well, we can all at least drool over the author guest list and maybe get ideas about who to try out books from.

I went the first year they held that conference, maybe 3 years ago?  Four?  Jacquelyn Frank was the hostess and Joey Hill was there along with a good list of other authors.  It was maybe a quater of the size it is now.  I found it a bit boring, but some of the attendees and a few authors, including Sunny and Georgia Evans, were just great.
