The continuing saga of Natan Stone and the beginning of Wes, is one of the most gripping Novels I've ever read. I've been reading Louis LaMour all my life and have just begun to read Ralph Compton, but Compton can match Louis page for page. Ralph Compton shows wonderful knowledge and understanding of the west and it's way of life. You feel as if you're on the trail with them.

Pretty decent western...I don't usually like this type of book but friend gave it to me when I was desperate for reading material...I enjoyed it.
