Poor science with flawed results: observation by Humans when an animal (or group of animals) is heavily habituated to the Human presence renders the observed behavior possibly, in a serious manner, affected by the observers. Additionally, results are heavily tainted, not reliably accurate, and throughout the book are contradicted by the authors themselves on a frequent basis.
