Book Reviews of Baby, Don't Go (Baby, Bk 3)

A really cute story. A female bodyguard is hired to protect someone she lost her heart and virginity to 7 years earlier. Well sparks fly and both escape unharmed from the goons and they fall in love. A quick easy read.

Fireworks! The heroine is a bodyguard out for hire. Her new client is the first love of her life, who left her high and dry after their first sexual encounter. She is determined to keep him at a distance and he is determined to breach her defenses.
Great dialogue and the love scenes are unforgettable.

A really cute book. The characters are believable and there are lots of love scenes.

I love Susan Anderson. This is a funny, light hearted romance about 2 people givena second chance at love...wheither they want ti or not.

A good Adersen read. Strong woman hired to protect her first love- the man who broke her heart years ago. Lots of sexual tension and steam.

Anderson writes chick lit well--this is another good chick lit book!

Interesting plot to keep things moving; but a little slow in parts. Overall not bad.

I like most of her books but I really couldn't get into this one. I love the back history of Nick and Daisy. I love that Andersen has strong, gay characters. But I couldn't buy into Nick and Daisy themselves after the initial prologue. I thought the transition from friends to lovers again was abrupt. Also, she has to be the worse bodyguard in the world since she is constantly unaware of her surroundings. I found the love scenes generic and boring. They just didn't spark. I didn't think the book or the dialogue was as funny as her other books. I kept asking myself when the book would end and contemplated not finishing it a few times. I found the lives of Mo and Reid more interesting than Nick and Daisy. Actually, I think I found their parents' lives more interesting and they were just mentioned in the book.

This was a real disappointment for me, but don't let this review turn you off of Andersen books. For the most part, she is an excellent writer and I would recommend her to anyone.

Susan strikes a hit again, love her humor.

Great story, very funny.

Daisy Parker gets stuck bodyguarding the man who ran out on her years ago. Nick Coltrane needs Daisy to keep the hired thugs out for his blood from getting it, and he's sure he can handle living closely with the woman he's been obsessed with for years.

He wants to hire her for a bodyguard, never mind that he broke her heart nine years ago! She really needs the cash flow but can he make her forget and make things better? Good book!

Someone is out for revenge! Don't break up with a stalker...you may be the next victim. Or, do break up with a stalker and end up with a sexy body guard...

A fun chick book!

FUNNY! All Anderson's books make me laugh out loud.

Her writing gets right to point with no unnecessary wording. Great read. Good romance that ends well.

Another good Susan Andersen read. Fast easy read.
