This is a British publication. Measurements will be in metric and imperial, and you may not be familiar with some of the ingredients. It was too much for me, so I am posting and passing on.
So I am a mom that likes quick and easy - just reading through the recipes stresses me out! And it may sound silly, but I have never heard of Courgette before! Please tell me that someone out there has not heard of it either. The Baby Puree recipes are good since you can cook them in bulk and freeze. Love that this book has a great Meal Planner for each stage of baby feeding. Who knows, maybe once we reach finger foods I'll be more interested in cooking - just really don't have the time now!
