Ingredients
Directions

This is a easy veriation of split pea soup. You need 2 cans of peas, 1 ham cut into slices and diced, & salt (I prefer sea salt).

Open both cans of peas, DO NOT DRAIN. Pour them into a good sized pot. The ham is next, if you want to oomph it up a bit you can fry it up in a frying pan first. Put the ham in and bring it all to a boil. Add salt, a pinch of sea salt (sea salt is what I used, I'm guessing that a dash would do for regular table salt). After it begins to boil, turn it down to simmer until ready (you should smell the ham, it starts to smell like Bacon :)

Serve & enjoy.
