Baked Ritz-Cracker-topped Chicken

4 pieces - chicken
3/4 stick - butter
1 C - crushed ritz crackers
Rinse chicken with water.
Melt butter. Dip chicken in butter, covering both sides.
Then dip buttered chicken into cracker crumbs.
Place in baking pan. (If you're not using a teflon pan, recommend that you either spray the pan or line it with aluminum foil.)
Sprinkle remaining butter on top of crumbs.
Bake @350 for 45 minutes.
you can crush the ritz crackers by placing them between two sheets of wax paper and using a rolling pin
this is real comfort food. delicious!
