Banana-Nut Corn Bread

2 packages (8 1/2 oz. ea.) - corn bread/muffin mix
2 medium size - bananas, ripe and mashed (1 cup)
1 cup - chopped walnuts
1 cup - milk
In a bowl, combine all ingredients just until blended. Spoon into 2 (8 IN. X 4 IN.) greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or untill a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pans, than cool completely on wire racks before cutting.
This is a very moist bread. Great for brunch!
