This is basically a story about an ex-cop-turned-assistant-art-gallery-director, who thinks she's a hardass, and how her life is shaken up by an arrogant alpha security specialist, and how she copes with it. The sex scenes are graphic & explicit, but not very erotic. I couldn't identify, sympathize or even empathize with the heroine, so this book didn't do anything for me.

Just as good as Lee's previous book UNDRESSING MERCY. This is the second book in a trilogy.

2nd book in Ms. Lee's Holman Gallery series.

I just couldn't seem to get into this book. The story was okay, but the sex scenes, which were plentiful, seemed like the same thing over and over throughout the book and were kind of boring after a while. Also, it was written in first person, which annoys me.

IMO, "Sweet Surrender" is the best in the series so far. If you haven't read any of Ms. Lee's books, I strongly suggest starting with that one.
