Unfortunately, this post is in violation of site rules. This topic comes up frequently by members. You cannot ask for anything for credits but BOOKS. I am posting this because the site administrators have stated:
You can sell your PBS Credits here. (And this should be done in the Book Bazaar)
You cannot sell anything else.
That means, you could post "Anyone want to sell me some credits? Contact me by PM if so," and then in Personal Messages explained what you are willing to pay. But you should not post a topic selling anything for credits. If in PM negotiations anyone was willing to accept the currency of another site for PBS credits, then you could make the exchange.
It is a small point, but there you have it. Don't hawk your wares (whatever they are) for credits. But you can ask if anyone is looking to sell credits, and negotiate payment with them privately.
We are sure someone else will find a way to do the above inappropriately somehow, and we will hear from members again asking us to clarify, but for now this is the ruling.
Breaking these rules will jeopardize membership. Depending on the severity of the infraction, one incident may be enough to terminate membership altogether. Normally (in cases of lesser severity), one incident will cause a warning and a repeat will cause account termination. Severity of the infraction is assessed by the PaperBackSwap Team, and penalty is decided in our sole judgment.
The Help Center states:
The club is designed to swap books for credits. No items of any kind may be offered for sale on the site, not for money or any other compensation, with the exception of Book Credits, which may be sold between members.
So you cannot offer PBS credits for trade for BM points here in the Forums. I wouldn't want you to jeopardize your PBS standing here and so am posting this information.
