This is my first beading book exclusively about the use of 'charms' in necklaces and bracelets. I'd not given them much thought until paging thru the samples and recipes in this book, but now my eyes have been opened. The recipes are well written, the pictures are large and detailed. I liked that the book covers classic, eclectic and modern design. It uses as the base chain, pearls, kumihimo weaving, and many other types of bead worked elements. The charms themselves are made up of many types of materials, so there is something for everyone in this book.
