Bellman recognizes the mixed feelings we have about the organizations in which we work, the crazy mixture of good and bad and the inspiring and pathetic conditions we witness and experiences we have in them. He writes extremely well and brings excellent insight to the issues those of us in the workplace know very well. Highly recommended together with Bellman's other books.
