I decided to read this book because it got high reviews on Amazon and I'm glad that I did! Trey Ellis' Memoir was funny, sexy and I loved the overall story he told about how he became a single father and the struggles he went through trying to take care of his son and daughter. He chronicles the ups and downs of being newly divorced and raising his children while also trying to date. He's brutally honest and doesn't hold anything back! It was interesting to get a man's perspective on what it feels like being a single parent. I'm not a single parent but my mother was. It was was absolutely wonderful reading this memoir by a father with a huge heart. The book was hilarious....like one big soap opera. I don't like watching soap operas but I truly enjoyed reading this book! I would definitely recommend this book to any single father or anybody in general. It was just that good!
