OK, I read Cusick's books religiously from the moment I hit junior high throughout high school. I found this new series recently and even as 29 year old woman, I am still captivated by her stories. This one is fast paced and suspenceful with a touch of romance and paranormal overtones. Her dialogue is witty and flows so wonderfully as well. This book ends on a cliffhanger for the next in the series. I read this one in a few hours and now I can't wait until I get the next three!
Good first book in a series. Very creepy. The story is sad, as Lucy has just lost her month, forced to leave her home and friends and move in with her Aunt and step-cousin, who dont really want her there. Then she meets Byron, a sexy boy that all the girls want, but he has a dark secret only for Lucy.
