Beloved Enchantress
Author: Joan Van Nuys
Wild and free, beautiful Sunniva Mellby had no interest in the housewifely arts her mother taught her; nor would she meekly accept the middle-aged bridegroom her father proposed. There was only one man for her - Raven, as fiece and proud as his namesake, and she would risk banishment to ride unfettered at his side.

LOL...well, I didn't make it through this one. All the characters spoke like Yoda from Star Wars and I couldn't handle it because it was so cheesy. Since the book began with the characters being small children, I flipped to the middle of the book to see if they still spoke like Yoda as adults, and sure enough they did. I hope its not a Viking romance novel thing, because I'll really be disappointed if my Sandra Hill Viking novels are the same way!
