came to this book through a garage sale. What a gem it is!!! I have read it many times, lost count, and I never tire of reading it! It's such a beautiful story, U can't help but fall in love with the hero and heroine. It is the first book about natives that I have read that doesn't have the same old storyline about the indian taking a white woman captive. In fact, Tonnewa rescues poor Susannah and wants to return her to her own people. But certain circumstances don't permit him and to save the white woman Susannah from death, he must take her as a wife. At first it is an union not of their choice but slowly, gradually they come to care for each other. I love this book, I only wish the author had kept on writing novells. Can't find any other books of her.

SWEET SURRENDER
Susannah Jacobs had learned to do anything to survive--even submit to the bronze-skinned warrior who now held her prisoner. Her powerfully built captor could try to make her his woman, but she vowed to deny him the pleasure of a response by lying passive in his demanding embrace. Soon, though, she found it impossible to ignore the delicious sensations he stirred with his tender caresses and scorching kisses--and too late Susannah realized that the raven-haired devil had stolen her heart as he'd claimed her body.
PASSION'S BOUNTY
The warrior Tonnewa knew the beautiful sky-eyes would only cause trouble for his people, and he urged them to set her free. Then he found himself drawn to the enchanting captive, longing to kiss away her fears and release her hidden passions, and he realized he wanted the spirited maiden for himself. But furst he would have to conquer her heart with his fiery loving, running his hands over her creamy curves, tasting her full pink lips, making her surrender to her fierce beloved savage.
