baenbooks.com

fictionwise has a kindle section, i believe.

Any site that sells non-DRM'd books, basically.

ebooks.com

diesel-ebooks.com has some - look for Mobi format

eHarlequin.com

mobipocket.com

booksonboard has some, or they used to

whsmith.co.uk has some -- especially nice if you like British authors and can't find their books here in the States

I'm sure there are more, but that's all I can come up with right now. Thing is, usually, Amazon has the books cheaper, so be sure to comparison shop.

You might want to look at some of the other threads here, too. There are probably some other ideas in them. Enjoy making up your list! :-)

ETA: If you like erotica, Ellora's Cave has some mobi format books: http://www.jasminejade.com/default.aspx?skinid=11

ETA further: Books written by women. Some public domain (free), others cost a couple of dollars. They offer Mobi format. http://girlebooks.com

And still further, for LGBT books, there's erainbow: http://www.rainbowebooks.com/store/index.php

Christian books at http://www.plough.com/ebooks/index.html   and lots of other places.
