She is sending in her feedback right now...

She had to books not show up and she was doing what the emails she got told her to do (I just got a call from her this morning) and now her account has been frozen.

WTF??

When she hit the link to contact the librarian, she wasn't able to send an email so I directed her to feedback...She has been using her account normally and sending books...We are really not happy about this...she followed the instructions in the emails (which told her don't do anything if books not recieved) and then she got a notice that she got her credits back because it is assumed that the books got lost (no instructions in the email so she figured that was that)

Now, I have had books go missing in tha past and I didn't mark them not recieved until recently (it never occured to me to, so I pressed the not recieved button in the archive to see what happens)...and I have never had my account frozen..is this because she is a relatively new member?

Yes, I'd reboot my computer if I were her...many times that will fix issues.

From what I understand, when your account is "frozen" you can still contact the Librarian so, this sounds more like a problem with her PC.

She's tried all that...(reboot, ect)...it isn't a computer problem...She can log in but the system won't let her do anything...I haven't heard back from her yet....Hopefully the feedback will fix it..
