There is a powerful message in this novel. A trickle of water is running in the pool in the basement of the church and when a young child who is impared wanders down and touches the water she is healed. The secret of the water is unknown but the story is building from there on and it is a wonderful story, it flows smoothly, keeps you turning the pages and there is mystery and suspense and a message in the end. It is not a "preachy" novel, this is also a fictional read, but it was worth the time i spent. Left me thinking. I like the feeling it left me with.
