This is a great book. Lots of pictures! The colorful pictures help my cooking class (kids)decide what to cook, since reading a list of ingredients is difficult for them to picture what they will be eating. The recipes are FAST just like the title says, we have 45 minutes to prepare lunch and have not had a late lunch using the recipes in this book. We just LOVE it! The only thing that would improve this book would be to make it bigger, with MORE FAST recipes. It is 78 pages of recipes.
