This is a great cookbook with beautiful photographs of delicious food. These are easy, but tasty dishes. Examples: Ham and Rye Strata, No-Measure Beef Stew, Zesty Beef Stroganoff, Sweet and Sour Sauced-Pork, Creole-Style Chicken.
