This is a very thorough book on food and what it can do for you according to scriptures in the bible. As a plus, it contains some tasty recipes. It covers foods that heal and help reverse problems such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Ovarian Cancer, Breast cancer, Depression, Arthritis and much more. Highly recommend it.
