With 39 devotions, this beautifully illustrated book is not only an excellent, thought-provoking devotional, but an early elementary science book as well. It feeds both the soul and mind of a child. Each 2-page spread includes a few paragraphs telling about a certain animal such as worms. It talks about the worm's characteristics, then it deepens the lesson by an opportunity to discuss how sometimes it feels we are unseen, but God always sees us. There is a "What Do You Say?" section that encourages communication with your child. Excellent!
