I am currently trying to build a classroom library and would love to have some big books to add to my collection. Does anyone have any big books they would be willing to part with? I am not asking for a deal on them as I know they will cost more to ship. In fact, if anyone has a large quanity of big books they would be willing to swap I would give them extra money to cover the shipping costs. :0)

I have built up my library of Big Books over the years by using my Scholastic Book Club points to "buy" Big Books. They put about 5 on sale for $20 each at the beginning of the school year (Check out September - November specials). I save my points all year and spend them on Big Books during these months. I have also bought a few from retiring teachers.

Hi,

What grade do you teach and how long have you been teaching? 

I can't afford to list my Big Books on PBS, because they cost so much more to ship, and they cost almost twice as much to begin with. Too bad there isn't a way to list them for 2 - 3 credits. However, I do have them listed on amazon marketplace. If you want additional info, PM me.
