This is a book of short paranormal short stories centering around a wedding theme. Most of the stories were good, but a few I skipped over. Overall, a good read for lovers of the paranormal genre.
"Spellbound" was a cutesy story that I thought I was liking as I read it, but since it ended so abruptly (even for a short story), I was left feeling a little robbed of my time somehow.
"Something Borrowed" was actually the first story I've read with the Dresden character although I've seen the TV series. It didn't disappoint me and I plan to get around to reading the series when I can.
I thought that "Dead Man's Chest" was an entertaining, piratey story with an interesting twist.
I just couldn't get into "All Shook Up" because I'm one of those strange people who think Elvis was nothing more than a sleazy/weirdo piece of poo towards women and that will forever keep me from liking anything tied to him... guess I wouldn't have been one of the screaming bimbos at a concert back then lol.
"The Wedding of Wylda Serene" started out a little slow but turned into one of those stories where time passed by extremely quickly as I became glued to the pages. It was a strange, enjoyable little story that couldn't of ended up anywhere.
"Charmed by the Moon" was a good story, but brief.
I couldn't read more than five pages of "Tacky" because I gave up trying to read or understand Charlaine Harris's world of idiocractic vampires.
"A Hard Day's Night-Searcher" was a fun read that gave me a few laughs. The only thing I noticed was that her video game knowledge was lacking when she had one character turn a PSP off via remote... if only I could do that with my hubby's lol. But, there was gaming and this gaming girl can appreciate it.
"...Or Forever Hold Your Peace" was something I just couldn't keep reading once the author introduced "Talents" that the characters possessed. It really just kept making me think she was ripping off Piers Anthony's Xanth series because a lot of romance readers aren't likely to have heard of it.

Usually in an anthology of this sort, I like some of the stories and don't care for others. This time, I LOVED all of them! A great read full of creative characters and stories.
"Werewolves, vampires, witches, voodoo, Elvis -- and weddings." I enjoyed the stories, and they introduced me to characters created by the various authors in their other works.
A great collection of paranormal stories!!
A collection of short stories. Some were better than others.
