I enjoy most of the recipes from this book. I've been asked to share the Tamale Pie recipe with quite a few friends. I picked this one up because it was one of the few crock pot cookbooks that had more than beef stew a million different ways. I've bought this for friends and think this is a great book. These recipes you can serve with side dishes and no one will think they are from the crock!
