The book begins with 4 women, each of them wanting to lose weight for different reasons. All are facing challenges & have hurdles to cross. I loved each of these women & would love to see more of them. Great for any woman who has ever struggled to lose a few pounds (or even 60!). It speaks of the bond between women & the importance of support & friendship. Hope there's another book in the works by Ms. Roberts! Enjoy!

I really enjoyed reading this book. All four women bonding over a common problem with their weight and becoming better friends for it. I finished this book in one day and came back online to see if there were any more books by this author. Its a very good, relaxing read!

I absolutely adored this book. Sheila Roberts is a great author. For anybody that has ever battled a few or more than a few pounds. you will relate well to this book.
