Excellent book. The author's writing is amazing, I found it difficult to put the book down. Considering the subject matter, which is quite disturbing and tragic, I would have never thought it to be a book that I'd think so highly of but it is. The way the author manages to make you understand her characters and feel compassion for them despite the shocking sitution is a true testament to her fabulous writing.

When Ray and Jean's brother is found dead, no one is really surprised; after all, everyone hated Billy. But who hated him enough to kill him?

This book was a strange one, raising as many questions as it answers, and showcasing a truly disturbing family dynamic. This is one ending you won't see coming.

This is a truly wierd, very dark but deeply engrossing book. No matter how depressing the story line is you cant help but still hope for the best for the main character.
