It was a good story but it should have been called Night Hawk. It was about her! As usual LL's men have to lie to "protect" their women. As strong as some of these women are I would love for her to just kick his ass to the curb. Oh well... it all works out in the end and all is forgiven and they get their HEA.

Ok the book was great up til the last 3 pages. It ended so abruptly and suddenly the girl was a weak little whiner. Throughout the whole book she's a rough and tough agent and then suddenly she's hugging everyone and weak. And the ending was confusing and left questions open. Not what I've come to expect from Lora Leigh.

I've read and enjoyed several Lora Leigh books but this one was not my favorite. I thought the characters are under-developed and the situation was unnecessarily complicated. Disappointed.

There is such a thing as a sexy, fast paced, smart and romantic spy story, and this ain't it, folks. The plot is so convoluted I lost track as to who was after whom and why, and really who cares? It's very obvious who the bad guys are, and who the main killer is. All the characters are cliche's. None of the situations make the least bit of logical sense. The sex scenes weren't half bad, but I still gave up in the middle of the book and skipped to the end. No surprises there. Out of curiosity I went back and skimmed the middle-nothing there either. Unless you have already invested time into this series, skip it and try a real hot thriller-one from Anne Stuart's Ice series perhaps.

I usually don't like the stories where both the main characters are agents, BUT, since Lilly has amnesia, she becomes that damsel in distress character that balances out the tough as nails male lead. I really like both Lilly and Travis. And suprisingly, the story turned out to be a real mystery. Leigh's usual sex scenes were toned down a bit in this one, but were still passionate and appropriate as they played out in the story. Not my favorite, but still a good read.

Loved this book. I really like this series by Leigh (actually the whole Tempting Seals and Elite Ops series... they are all great!)! This book was a bit slower than the other books in the series, but it still delivers. If you like steamy sex and lots of action, you won't be disappointed!
