The bastard first son of a Spanish nobleman and the granddaughter of his business partner agree to marry (he for the title he feels he deserves and she for the money he can supply for the surgery for her daughter). She is afraid of sex (even though she was married before and her husband has died) and hopes to get out of the marriage when he finds out she can't have sex. He thinks the marriage is for life and decides to patiently teach her how to enjoy lovemaking. Not an outstanding story.

This bk dealt with a serious medical problem that the female had; it affected her ability to have sex and was something I've never heard of before. Heroine was a bit of a shrew at times but she'd been thru a lot, so I could overlook some of her behavior. The hero was quite wonderful really: patient, caring, and passionate in his wooing of the heroine. A very good read.

this was a good book. it deals with a sexual dysfuntion that the heroine has to deal with and its very sweet how the hero responds to it all. he turns out to be very supportive, which is somewhat unusual in the harlequin presents series, but this author is a little different and her stories are not always cookie cutter/forumula like!

A well-written HP about a sensitive subject that is superbly handled by Lucy Monroe. She packs a ton of emotion in this book. It will stay with you long after you are finished reading.

Not one of my favorite Lucy Monroe books, but still worth reading. Deals with a woman who has vaginismus and how they overcome it. Damian is very sensitive to Lia. Definitely a love match!

Lia must marry Damian Marquez if she wants the money needed to save her daughter. Damian has always felt something for Lia (lust, attraction?) even when she was only 18.

Damian is an alpha male with a wealth of compassion and love. Lia needs his love and understanding to overcome her problem in the marriage bed.

This is a great book - I gave it an A!
