Susan Page Davis has written an excellent series. All three of The Ladies' Shooting Club books have been very enjoyable. The Blacksmith's Bravery is the story of Vashti, the reformed saloon girl who want to drive the stagecoach. Griffin, the station manager, thinks the job is too dangerous for a girl. Vashti will have to prove she can do it. I recommend this book highly!
