This novel, by the author of JUMPER, REFLEX and HELM shows some of the same craftsmanship of the other books. It depicts a world very similar to today's, but after the oceans have risen 100 feet or so. Of course the rising water level has displaced millions upon millions of people.

I'd never known that 90% of the Earth's current population actually lives less than a hundred feet above sea level . . .

This is waterworld meets cyberpunk. A quick read with no major twists, but fun all the same.
