If you've read The Straw Men and Upright Man you will be familiar with the main character and the situation. If you haven't Mr. Marshall gives just enough of the background to enlighten the new reader and refresh the mind of the reader who HAS read the first two books. I highly recommend this book.

Excellent end to the "Straw Men" trilogy by this incredible author. Can't wait to see what he'll do next. Overall the best series I've read by any author in recent memory. Highly recommended that all three books be read in sequence.
The final book in the Straw Man series while not closing All the ends up nicely is still a great wrap up to the triology. All the familiar characters come back and Marshall keeps the action going through out the book. Couldnt stop reading last 100 pages till Iknew what happened!!.
This was an exciting conclusion, but I must admit that the ending was not as conclusive as I had hoped. Perhaps the author will continue the series... the groundwork is certainly there! This book, though interesting and very exciting, was really ultimately soured by the loose ending. After building the conclusion up over the course of three novels, I was left wanting something more solid and satisfying. This is not stopping me from reading his other books, though, because this is a very talented author! I only hope that his future endings are more well-rounded.
Not as good as the first 2 in the series, but ok.
CONCLUSION TO THE STRAW MEN TRILOGY. A SUSPENSE NOVEL ABOUT AN ORGANIZATION OF SERIAL KILLERS
I thought this was a really good thriller
GREAT.
A very good book. If you're into Suspense Thrillers, then this is the one for you. It moves a little slowly in the beginning, but once it get's moving, you're pulled in and can't get out! I do suggest reading the one before it, though, there's a lot you'll need to understand.
