The Catfish Bend Series first appeared in the 1950s-60s. As with most books that are simple yet profound and defy a genre it is usually listed as a children's series but it is for all ages. It also defies being classed in any certain era, its wonderful parables and similes fitting mankind at all times. Enjoyable, winsome, digging deep into your psyche (if you'll allow it) these simple tales are well worth the whole family reading.
