The Bone Parade is deeply unsettling and exciting - a testament to the authors skills as a storyteller-
IRRESISTIBLE SUSPENSE THRILLER
An excellent, creepy page-turner about an artist/serial killer, not for reading alone at night but definitely worth reading!
Lauren, the sculpting instructor; Kerry, the student selected to intern with a world-famous sculptor; and the sculptor himself, Ashley Stassler, whose brilliant depictions of families caught in moments of extreme agony are created in the most frightening way imaginable. Stassler is by far the more compelling of the lead characters, a noted artist who kidnaps families and turns them into works of art,
Very grisly novel but with just a touch a touch of eerie humor.Very enjoyable if you like this type novel. Not for the very squeamish!
Like the best of Michael Slade this story takes you on a dark ride into the mind of a psycho. An artist whose sculptures of people in pain and terror are extremely realistic. How does he do it? If you like gruesome and grisly I think there is enough of it in here for you. Surprise! surprise! suprise!
I could NOT put this book down after the first few pages. The author wastes no time to get right into the action of the book. It is not, however, good for the faint of heart. The book is very graphic and some of the situations literally turned my stomach, but it's like a car crash: it's horrible, but you can't help but to keep reading.
Creepy and disturbing, but a good read.
This book is so creepyly good, highly recommend if you want to read a good thriller. Couldn't put it down, finished in 2 days. Pick it up!
This book is a true horror! Got this book from the BCL other than a few smudges on the first couple of pages .. its in good reading condition.
