I have not used the Bazaar except with ARCs. But there are some books I'm keen to read and eventhough I'm #1 in the WL queue on most of them, they just are coming towards me. The intro thread at the Bazaar said you can't ask for WL books? Is that right? Or have I misunderstood? I'm not asking for a deal and would gladly give the standard credit per book. What I'm looking for is a reverse WL multiples. I list the books I want (there are 11 by 4 different authors) and anyone who wants to send one or more than one can post them to my WL. OK I realize this might appear to be queue-jumping (although I am #1 in the queue for most of these books) but so is posting to one's friends and using the gold key system. Any place in any forum where I can post the titles and authors of these books? |

I'm sure one of the guides will stop by soon and give an official answer but I don't think you are allowed to do that. Even though you are number one in the queue, it would be far too much work for PBS to keep up with where each book bazaar member ranked on various wish lists. the only way to get wishlisted books is if they are unpostable. And even if you were allowed to ask specifically for a wishlisted unpostable book, I'm not sure how many replies you would get. |

I think you are looking for this thread: http://www.paperbackswap.com/1-Wish-List-Books/topic/270011/ I believe it is the only place/scenario where you can request wishlisted books. |

Betty's right. List the books you are #1 on the wishlist for in the thread Betty posted. Last Edited on: 8/30/14 12:47 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
