A while ago, I requested an audio book. After a week or so, I got a message from PBS saying they had received no response from the person who listed the book, so they were cancelling the request.
Today, the book arrived! But it's not on my "enroute" list or even in my "transaction archive." How do I find the member who sent the book (I didn't save any the PBS emails about this request) so I can give them the two books I owe them?
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
